Story behind the number
Platform foundations for Digital growth
Involve, Impress, AR and AP operated in silos. Separate access and workflows duplicated effort, reduced efficiency and limited cross-product upsell opportunities.
My contribution
I led shared-platform product development across Involve, Impress, AR and AP, aligning Product, Design and Engineering around integration, authentication, organization selection, permissions and onboarding. This work supported a more coherent customer journey, operational efficiency and cross-product upsell.
Results & context
Quadient Digital annual revenue rose from €245m to €282m across FY2023–FY2025, an increase of €37m. This is the business context for shared platform capabilities.

I joined Quadient Digital in February 2023. Quadient’s 25 March 2024 results report confirms 4,000+ cloud customers onboarded to the Hub since April 2023, during my tenure, and links that rollout to additional-module upsell.
The decision & trade-off
Strengthen shared platform capabilities while respecting existing product constraints. Reuse needed to improve consistency without forcing every solution team into the same implementation.
